These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gzinvesting ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that participation in prediction markets is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

The Platform is a custodial pooling tool that allocates user funds to bets placed by automated trading bots on Polymarket. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Bets placed on prediction markets are speculative; outcomes are inherently uncertain.

You may lose part or all of your deposited funds. No outcomes, returns, or yields are guaranteed.

Deposits are held in a custodial pool. Each user is credited with a per-user share of realized profit and loss based on a transparent on-chain ledger.

Withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator and may take up to 72 hours depending on workload, network conditions, and balance availability.

The Platform charges a profit-share fee at the time of withdrawal, calculated against your account's high-water mark (HWM). Your individual fee rate is shown on your dashboard.

Polygon network gas fees apply to all withdrawals.

• Trading losses on Polymarket can reduce your balance to zero.
• Smart contract risk: Polymarket, USDC, and related protocols may fail or be exploited.
• Custodial risk: you trust the Platform operator to safeguard the wallet and process withdrawals correctly.
• Regulatory risk: prediction markets may face restrictions in your jurisdiction.
• Operational risk: the Platform's bots may misbehave, place losing trades, or experience downtime.

You may not:

• Use the Platform if it violates laws in your jurisdiction.
• Use the Platform to launder funds, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform's operations.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Share login credentials with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Pending balances will be returned to verified deposit addresses minus applicable fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of deposited funds, profits, or data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to verified email addresses. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
